At Insite Land Investments, we make buying land simple. We offer you the opportunity to buy individual plots of land which we consider to have future development potential. We believe in our product, and we re-enforce our commitment to customer care by insisting that our land buyers always use an independent solicitor; we want you to be advised by experts who will protect your interests.

Here is how to buy land from Insite Land Investments:

START

  • Select a plot.
  • Pay (by credit card, cash or bankers draft) a non-refundable request fee of £450 per plot which secures the plot and removes it from the market for 5 working days until exchange of contracts.
  • Contact an independent solicitor to act for you and provide us with their contact details (we have a list of panel solicitors to choose from should you wish to do so).
  • Sign and return to us a Plot Request Form and Memorandum of Sale, copies of which will have been sent to your solicitor together with a detailed pack of title documents and searches relevant to your purchase.
  • Sign and return to your solicitor all the documentation (contract and transfer) they will have sent you in relation to your purchase.
  • Provide your solicitor with photographic identification and a recent utility bill to establish your identity (this is required by UK law).
  • Pay a 10% deposit (either by credit card, electronic transfer or cheque to your solicitor).
  • Exchange contracts.

WITHIN 7 DAYS

  • Provide your solicitor with the balance of the purchase price on or before the specified completion day. Upon receipt of the balance by our solicitors we will transfer the freehold title into your name.
  • Your solicitor registers you as the freehold owner of your plot(s) with HM Land Registry.

Once the buying process has completed, you will be the freehold owner of your plot of land. You now have complete day-to-day control of your individual plot and you can benefit from the rising values of land and any future development gains. Upon completion, we have no further involvement in any part of the management of the plot.
